École Polytechnique Prize

Matthieu Xémard, an Erasmus summer student from l’Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, hosted by the group of Louise Natrajan, won a prestigious prize for his research work in Manchester on light activated switchable lanthanide compounds. 

Only 8 candidates from 590 were put forward for this award. The prize was presented during a ceremony at the École Polytechnique in Paris on 13th November 2014.
