NMR characterisation of a highly conserved secondary structural RNA motif
Dr Vasudevan Ramesh has recently published an article that describes the three dimensional NMR structure determination of a highly conserved and functionally important 29mer RNA motif of H. hal. 23S rRNA in natural solution state.

Dr Vasudevan Ramesh's recently published article describes the three dimensional NMR structure determination of a highly conserved and functionally important 29mer RNA motif of H. hal. 23S rRNA in natural solution state. The results obtained provide an opportunity to determine the structure of the RNA-amicetin antibiotic complex and elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the action and resistance of antibiotics – Vasudevan Ramesh, John King, Christos Shammas, Misbah Nareen, Moreno Lelli and Vasudevan Ramesh.
